Abstract
This report follows a one month mission in Vietnam (September, 2009) undertaken at the request of PADECO Consulting company, in connection with the Upper Secondary & Professional Teacher Development Project, funded by the ADB and implemented by the Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training, through a Project Management Unit headed by Dr. Vu Quoc Chung.
