Tick, tick , tick: what’s going on in our universities now

It was hard to watch the Channel 9’s 60 Minutes episode about the state of Australia’s universities. The episode covered many issues that have been explored by ABC’s Four Corners, various news sites, and the NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into University Governance. However, the 60 Minutes episode showed the raw emotions of affected staff, their families and communities, helping to remind us how the state of the sector can negatively affect so many people.
