Abstract
This paper will examine the potential for ICT and geospatial data mining techniques to assist in mitigating and responding to the effects of climate change on ground water and land resources. The paper will examine the current status internationally through the both Indian and Australian perspectives and highlight the potential through some studies being undertaken in Australia.
