Abstract

An opinion is presented that Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's 2008 apology to the Stolen Generations of Indigenous Australians is incomplete. It is observed that the Senate rejection of the Stolen Generations Compensation Bill 2008 (Cth), designed to offer full reparations for the Stolen Generations, would only add to the denial of justice to them.
