Abstract
The Keam Residence in Margate, Redcliffe, is an important extant exemplar of 1960s suburban modernist architecture in Queensland, representative of experimental architecture of the time and with a radical positioning on the block of land. The Keam Residence is also important in that this is a key work of noted Redcliffe architect Michael William Kearney.
