Abstract

The Courageous Carp is a play directed by Lynn Everett, based on a folk story associated with the Japanese festival 'Kodomo no hi', or Children's Day. The play was performed to a public audience at The New England Regional Art Museum by Australian and Japanese children as part of The Koinobori Project.
