Abstract

This paper presents a soft decision analysis methodology which can be applied in case of evaluating students who are learning through distance education program. The concerned methodology is based on the notions of IF-Bags. The confidence factors and psychological hesitation factors are derived by applying the notions of Intuitionistic fuzziness.
