The classification of non-compliance procedures under international environmental treaties is at the root of the monograph by Sabrina Urbinati, researcher at the University of Milano Bicocca. The monograph is fluently written in French and provides a comprehensive analysis and systematisation of procedures adopted in case of non-compliance by States with international and regional instruments aiming to protect the environment. By following a rigorous French approach, the study is divided in three main parts, each of which includes two up to three titles, further divided in two chapters. The monograph is completed by useful Annexes, which include the texts that regulate non-compliance procedures under the different environmental conventions considered by the author.
