Abstract

Dear Editor,

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the issues raised by Gaucher et al. [1]. As the authors of the paper entitled "Treatment of cervical contractures utilising a closed platysmotomy like approach: Case report and review of the literature" [2] we have several comments to address regarding the Letter to Editor "Pediatric burns of the neck: is closed platysmotomy in case of contracture an option" from Gaucher et al. [1] which raises issues concerning our case report.
