Research Management in Agriculture: A Manual for the Twenty First Century

Ian Metcalfe (Editor), Bruce Holloway (Editor), Jim McWilliam (Editor), Neil Inall (Editor)

Research output: Book/ReportBookEdited

Abstract

This book is a response to the need to improve the management of the publicly funded, national, agricultural research system (NARS) in developing countries. The importance of this has been repeatedly stressed by International Aid Agencies who support the research in these organisations and by the NARS themselves. They believe that it will help them deliver better research outcomes, which can contribute to rural development and ultimately food security in these countries.
