Report of an Evaluation of the ENRECA Capacity Building Project to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark

I have read this proposal carefully three times from the point of view of someone who has been involved with projects in education in Bhutan for a decade and also as someone who has been involved in higher education (HE) for more than two decades and with an international reputation in HE (though not In this area). My research interests are wide and have extended over more than two decades. In the last five years I have published with Bhutanese educators and have supervised Bhutanese postgraduates over the last decade. My interest in libraries is a professional one rather than a technical/scientific one.
