Regulating Advisory Boards for Australian SMEs in the Global Supply Chain

The context of this article, in general, is small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs') governance and regulation in Australia and, in particular, their need for the inclusion of advisory boards to meet the lack of their knowledge-based skills. It presents the core of the meta-regulation approach and proposes how such an approach can incorporate advisory boards into SMEs without altering much of their governance framework.
