Abstract

One of the objectives of this project is to identify genetic markers for major gene that accounts for a significant proportion of the variation in parasite resistance in sheep. This report summarizes data analyses undertaken by AGBU, describing phenotypic and genotypic data, linkage map construction, overview of QTL mapping methods, QTL results and general discussions.
