Abstract
This case shows the story of Martha Pfeil and her incursion in the business world. Together with two friends, she created CAFE MOKKA - a store recognized for selling the best sandwiches in Santiago, Chile's capital city. For more than 20 years she has been running this business and has been able to generate delighted customers who have been the main source of publicity for attracting new ones. This has not happened without any difficulty. The implementation of new technologies and getting a balance between her personal and business lives have been very difficult issues that she has had to deal with.
