Abstract

MoRe Leaps is a nationally funded DEEWR project that has been implemented across Australia in all States and Territories. We had a two day workshop process in Adelaide when we looked at the 2 modules which I will talk more about later. Then our teachers went off and worked with their key Contacts in each State and Territory (Kylie Farmer was the Key Contact for Victoria) in developing an investigation based on those materials. As you have seen, the work that is coming back varies greatly between [participants. All of it has at its core this idea of how we work with mentoring, how we work as leaders. How do we engage in and reflect upon the practice that we do?
