Abstract
CSIRO and ClimateWorks have been commissioned by Treasury to deliver marginal abatement cost curves (MACCs) for CSIRO to use as input to its computer general equilibrium (CGE) model. This report provides a detailed explanation of the methodology for developing the MACC data, proposed scenarios and associated data assumptions.
