Focus on student learning outcomes: Report of the Review of the Bachelor of Education (Primary) in Distance Education Mode In-service Programme

The project followed a model that depends first on a thorough situational analysis from which are developed issues that might be addressed. Then ideas and recommendations, which can make an impact on the situation, are identified including budgets estimated as required. Implementation follows, where the initiative is with the SCoE, and then after a period, say one year, the process cycle is completed with an evaluation. In this Report we went beyond recommendations and began to implement strategies that maximized the potential for changes to become institutionalized.
