Contemporary case studies in corporate governance failures

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Each year the newspaper and social media headlines are full of the latest corporate governance disasters, either linked to corporate failure, economic down-turns or individual corrupt behaviour.
