Abstract

This dictionary of 2,132 entries is a by-product of Schneider's ongoing research on the Apma language. It was generated on the basis of her analysis of the language's phonology (sound system), morphology (word structure), syntax (sentence structure) and discourse structure. Along with definitions, the dictionary also includes the word class ('part-of-speech') of each lexical entry, along with example sentences extracted from Schneider's language corpus.
