Abstract

This presentation presents a research project currently underway that aims to investigate one aspect of the 'sea of suffering' - the family experience of the suicide of a family member. It is anticipated that the findings from this project will contribute to understanding the needs of those suffering bereavement following suicide and inform postvention services of possible pathways to foster resilience.
