A Defence of Constitutional Juries

Abstract

The paper discusses proposals for constitutional juries by Ghosh and Spector, and alternative frameworks in which these proposals can be placed. In defending the idea of constitutional juries, it also considers arguments made by Zurn and Rios in their arguments for democratising the constitutional amendment process.
