Abstract
Software processes make a critical contribution to successful software projects. A great challenge is to choose an appropriate process for a project. However, since process specifications vary widely in their quality and level of detail, selecting the most appropriate process could be very confusing and misleading. Therefore, a systematic study of process models is needed. Software Process Analysis Method (SAM) is created to assist developers in comparing and analyzing software process models.
