Abstract



Through introducing the overall situations of abuses in Australian high school campuses, and prevention and anti-bully measures that an Australian high school has taken, and their effects, the article compares those with the current measures adopted in China's high schools, with an analysis on how the element of culture plays a big part in these practices. The article sheds light on how China's high schools can improve their anti-bully measures from educational and cultural perspectives.
