Abstract
The article observed the teaching methodologies, critical and innovative classroom teachings and humanities in the principal-and-students interactions in Rosny College, Hobart Tasmania. Through deep reflections, a series of conclusions were drawn, which can shed great light on Chinese school teachings for Chinese school educators.
