中国对澳大利亚农业用地投资相关法律问题研究

2015年中澳自由贸易协定的实施为中国资本进入澳大利亚市场起到了积极的推进作用。在过去的几年里，中国对澳投资增长迅猛，直接投资规模总量庞大。与此同时，投资的领域也逐步拓宽，呈现出多元化的趋势。除了传统的矿业、房地产、医疗服务等热门投资项目，中国企业对农业领域，尤其是农业用地方面的投资也表现出极大的兴趣和关注。本文将重点研究中国对澳农业用地投资方面的相关法律问题，主要从投资审核、农地登记与使用、粮食安全以及生态环境保护四个方面进行详细分析。

The Chinese investment in Australia has grown rapidly since the implementation of the ChAFTA. Recently, Chinese investors have shown significant interest in Australian agricultural land. This research examines the four challenges facing the Chinese investors: the FIRB approval process, the register of foreign ownership of agricultural land, local food security issues, as well as some environmental concerns. Furthermore, this research also proposes a series of recommendations for Chinese investors to consider.
