Project Details
Description
The project aims to ‘improve acute care of children presenting to regional and rural hospitals with bronchiolitis, by translating evidence on the optimal management of bronchiolitis across 30 regional and rural acute care hospitals in Australia, as more fully described in Appendix A
The Project outcomes will include:
•Developing an enduring online implementation platform for regional and rural hospital use.
•Translating the Grantee’s internationally recognised evidence-informed treatments, interventions and strategies on bronchiolitis care and management into 30 regional and rural hospitals
•Generating new knowledge relevant to implementation science in regional and rural settings and the optimal level of implementation support needed for scale-up in these settings.
The Project is funded by a Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) MRFF 2022 Rapid Applied Research Translation Grant administered by MCRI, which is acting as the Lead (ID MRRART000031).
