The objective of the Lowitja Institute Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Higher Degree Research Top-Up Scholarship is to offer supplementary financial support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander HDR candidates who are currently enrolled in an Australian HDR program.
