Project Details
Description
The Australian Disaster Resilience Index (ADRI) was the first nationally standardised assessment of disaster resilience in Australia. Scientifically rigorous and peer-reviewed, ADRI was developed with funding from the BNHCRC and in consultation with stakeholders from multiple State emergency service agencies.
The ADRI data are publicly available through the ADRI website (https://adri.bnhcrc.com.au/) and is being used by all levels of government, emergency service agencies, philanthropic groups, community organisations and private industry for policy development, program support, risk assessment, community planning, project prioritisation, monitoring and evaluation and strategic planning.
This proposal is to recalculate the ADRI index using the latest available datasets including up to date census data.
