Project Details

Description

This project sought to improve the development of quantitative skills across core first-year science units by establishing a shared understanding of these skills among scientists and mathematicians. Through curriculum mapping and cross-disciplinary collaboration, the project identified gaps and opportunities to better support student learning, particularly in distance education contexts. Outcomes included curriculum enhancements, improved staff collaboration, and a more integrated approach to quantitative skill development across first-year science programs.
