Biographical Details

Stuart is an Associate Professor in the University of New England (UNE) Business School. His key interests are in the fields of agricultural economics and agribusiness and include the application of economic principles and models to agricultural industries; impact assessment and the distribution of benefits from technological change, advertising programs and government policies; price formation in food and fibre markets; livestock production economics; value chains and wine economics.
