Dr Leu is a senior lecturer of macroeconomics at the UNE Business School. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Auckland, NZ and MEc and PhD degrees at the University of Sydney. Dr Leu’s research interests are in applied macroeconomics, open economy macroeconomics, monetary economics, international finance, and regional economics. He has previously taught at La Trobe University and has held visiting positions at the International Monetary Fund, Macquarie University, and University of Cincinnati.
