Biographical Details
Patrick completed his LLB and LLM at the London School of Economics. After a period spent as a political researcher in Westminster, Patrick completed his doctorate at Queen Mary, University of London. His thesis concerned the nature of emergency powers in early twentieth century Britain.Patrick current research projects concern the implied freedom of political communication, Northern Irish constitutionalism, and the legal history of emergency powers.He is currently LLB Course Coordinator.
