Biographical Details

Jennifer's research interests are Educational Leadership and Collaboration, and the exploring the dynamic of trust in leadership.
 
Jennifer is currently working on a Systematic Review of student attrition research and programs in Australian universities since 2014. The focus is to find and then delineate a set of overarching guidelines that positvely address attrition.
 
Jennifer's current role is to assist undergraduate students in their early years of study within the Faculty of HASSE. 
 
Jennifer has worked at UNE as an academic across a range of subject areas since 2007. Areas of teaching experience are in Education, Psychology and Organisational Behaviour.
