Organisation profile

Our researchers work on projects relating to Medical Physiology, focusing on the functions of living organisms at all levels, from the molecular and cellular level to the level of whole organisms and populations. Projects include studies on proteins or single cells to cell interactions in tissues, organs, and systems within the body. We also study the effect of physical, chemical, nutritional, pharmacological, microbial and environmental factors on living systems. Visit our UNE webpage.
