Was invited by Sujana Adapa, Executive Dean, SABL to talk at the SABL Level B/C Academic Promotion Information Session about my journey to Senior Lecturer. I discussed how I framed my promotion application, how I prepared content that met various academic components (teaching/research/service/HDR supervision), law disciplinary norms, evidence used, weightings and recognition.
